Dr. Randall (Randy) Price, D.M.A., is a conductor, vocal coach, accompanist, educator, and musical director with more than three decades of experience in music, education, theater, and the performing arts. He holds a Doctor of Musical Arts in Choral Conducting from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, with additional studies in vocal pedagogy, music history, and music theory. Dr. Price has served as a university instructor and choral conductor, church music director, guest teaching artist, and musical director for numerous theatrical productions throughout the Carolinas. His theater credits include productions with Children’s Theatre of Charlotte, The Edge Theatre, Blumenthal ‘Blumey Awards’ and other regional productions. He has also performed and conducted internationally, including tours in Italy and appearances at major choral festivals and workshops. Since 2021, Dr. Price has been the founder and director of RPriceStudios in Charlotte, where he provides professional vocal coaching, voice and piano instruction, and musical coaching for performers. He is passionate about helping singers develop their technique, artistry, confidence, and individual voice.
